Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • ¼ C. bread crumbs
  • ¼ C. fresh cilantro, minced
  • ¼ C. Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ t. salt
  • ¼ t. pepper
  • 1 # ground turkey
  • 4 wheat buns

Method

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
Divide turkey mixture into 4 equal portions.
Shape into 1/3 inch thick patty.

Heat a large grill pan or large nonstick skillet coated with Pam.
Add turkey patties and cook 5 min on each until or until done.
