Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. fresh herbs, dill, rosemary, cilantro, or basil
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • garlic, to taste (dried is okay)
  • salt and pepper, to tatste
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 hamburger buns

Method

Mix all burger ingredients in large bowl; Shape into patties.

Grill in pan with 1 T. olive oil. (George Foreman grill works too!)

Sauté bell peppers, onion & mushrooms.

Garnish with vegetables and a sprig of dill & serve with Dijon mustard.

Buns are optional here?!?!?

Notes

Great served with fresh salad and garlic-rosemary roasted potatoes.
