Tomato-Crab Bisque

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup, boxed
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1 cup whipping cream, or milk
  • 6 oz. crab meat, canned or fresh
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Method

Heat soup & green chilies to boiling. Reduce heat & add cream (milk). Blend well. Heat, but don’t boil.

Microwave crabmeat for 30 sec.

Top each serving with crabmeat & parsley.
