Grilled Shark with Tomato-Basil Baste

Ingredients

  • 4 each shark steaks
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tomato, skin removed
  • 4 mushrooms
  • ½ yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ green bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ onion, chopped

Method

Sauté onions & peppers in olive oil.

Add with remaining ingredients and blend together.

Put shark on the grill. Turn after 5 min. and baste the grilled side. Grill another 5 min.
