Grilled Tuna with Teryaki Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2 tuna steaks, (about 5 oz each)
  • ½ large mango, peeled and cut into spears
  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced
  • Marinade:
    • 2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
    • 1 ½ tsp. dry sherry, or chicken stock
    • ½ tsp. fresh ginger, grated
    • 1 ½ tsp. garlic, minced

Method

Divide marinade into 2 bowls

Place tuna in one bowl & mango & pepper in the other. Coat all sides well & cover & refrigerate 15 min.

Grill tuna & mango & peppers. Mango & peppers can be placed on foil to grill.
