To prepare the fish:
Dip fish in cracker crumbs.
PAM spray a grill pan.
Cook fish on both side until done, don't over cook.
To make the slaw:
In a bowl combine slaw, dressing, crainins and almonds.
Toast the English muffin.
Spread top with a little light mayonnaise (optional), set aside.
Put some slaw on the bottom piece.
Add the fish.
Top the fish with a couple avocado slices.
Add the top piece of muffin.
The All Bran crackers and the multi-grain English Muffins are high in fiber.
