Makes a great meal along with Shrimp Scampi, Lemon Fettuccine, and Basil Roasted Tomatoes.
In a large glass bowl, toss together broccoli, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian spice blend to taste.
Microwave on medium for 5 minutes.
Spread on a cookie sheet or other shallow pan.
Bake @ 350º for 10 minutes or longer.
or
Grill 3-4 minutes in a grill pan.
Amounts vary according to number of servings.
