Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 egg
• ½ tsp. almond extract
• 2 ¼ cups flour
• red food coloring, optional
• green food coloring, optional

Method

Beat butter & sugar. Add other ingredients. Mix well.

Divide into 2 pieces-color one green, one red & leave one white.

Fill press with each color or combine colors for a rainbow effect.

Press onto cookie sheet. Bake @ 350º for 8-10 min.
