Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 22 oz. crunchy peanut butter, (1 jar)
  • 16 oz. powdered sugar
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • stick paraffin

Method

Stir together the butter and peanut butter. Mix in powdered sugar and Rice Krispies. Shape into small balls. Chill on a cookie sheet.

Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in a double boiler. Drop 4-6 peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate and turn to completely coat them. Cool on waxed paper.

Buckeyes freeze very well.
