Broccoli-Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayonaisse
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Splenda
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup Craisins, plumped
  • ¼ cup pecans, chopped

Method

Mix broccoli, apple, onion, Craisins, and pecans together and set aside.

Mix mayo, sour cream, splenda, apple cider vinegar and salt together. Drizzle over broccoli mixture and serve.

Notes

Microwave Craisins in glass measuring cup for 20 seconds to plump.
