Barbecued Ribs

Don't give away the secret ingredient to anyone!

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds shoulder pork ribs
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1 bottle Kraft BBQ Sauce
  • quite a bit of mustard
  • 1 whole green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Secret Ingredient
  • ½ Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. molasses

Method

Brown ribs either by grilling on the BBQ or pan frying them.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

After the ribs are browned place them in a large oven-proof dutch oven.

Bake at 325ºF for 1-1 ½ hours. Add sauce after 45-75 minutes.
