Banana Poppyseed Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ C. sugar
  • ¼ C. Splenda
  • ¼ C. oil
  • ½ C. milk
  • 2 ½ t. poppy seeds
  • ¾ C. flour
  • ¾ C. whole wheat flour
  • 2 t. baking powder
  • ½ t. salt
  • ½ t. baking soda

Method

Mix together bananas, eggs, sugar, Splenda, oil and milk.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to banana mixture.

Spoon evenly into Pam sprayed muffin pan.
Bake @ 400º for 20 minutes.
