Ingredients

• 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain & wild rice mix
• ½ C. celery, chopped
• 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
• 1 (3 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
• 4 T. butter, melted
• 1 T. soy sauce

Method

Cook rice according to package, cool.
Stir in other ingredients.
Stuff Cornish game hens and bake according to directions.
