Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup raisins
  • ½ cup cherries, dried
  • ½ cup apricots, dried
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup walnuts

Method

Place dates & raisins in food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Pulse several times to chop coarsely. Add 1 T. orange juice.

Form 1” balls & roll in sugar (granulated or turbinado). Cover & refrigerate until firm.
