Ingredients

• Sugar Cookies
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 cups flour
• ½ tsp. salt
• 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
• 1 cup butter
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 3 tsp. lemon cheesecake yogurt
• 1 egg
• Vanilla Cream Frosting
• 3 Tbsp. butter
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• ¼ tsp. salt
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 5 Tbsp. canned milk, (or cream)

Method

For Sugar Cookies:
Sift dry ingredients.

Cut in butter.

With mixer, add egg, lemon yogurt & vanilla.

Roll ½” thick.

Bake @ 400º for 9 minutes.

For Frosting:
Blend butter, vanilla & salt.
Add ½ c sugar & hot cream (milk).
Add remaining sugar in small amounts.
