Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced on the diagonal
  • Marinade:
    • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
    • 1 Tbsp. beef broth
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
    • 2 tsp. cumin
    • fresh cilantro
  • Saute:
    • 1 Tbsp. beef broth
    • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    • 1 onion, thinly sliced

Method

Rub marinade over steak & refrigerate 2 hrs. Grill or broil.
