Really Good Coleslaw

This recipe is from the Complete Meat Cookbook.

Ingredients

  • Mix Together
    • 4 cups cabbage, shredded
    • 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
    • 2 green onions
    • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • Dressing
    • 1 cup mayonaisse
    • ¼ cup sour cream, (or plain yogurt)
    • ¼ cup brown sugar
    • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    • 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    • ½ tsp. Tabasco Sauce, to taste
    • salt & pepper, to taste

Notes

The dressing is the most important part of this recipe. Get it right and it doesn't matter what you mix it with... it's good as a dip with veggies too.
