Potato Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, peeled
  • 1 small onion, shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-4 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ground pepper, to taste
  • Condiments
    • sour cream
    • applesauce
    • maple syrup

Method

Whisk eggs, milk & butter.

Add dry ingredients. Fold into potato & onions.

Put some vegetable oil in a skillet & brown potatoes until golden brown.
