Pecan Tasses

These are fantastic little Tasses!

Be careful with the Splenda. They seem to need sugar for the required volume.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • cup pecans
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup Splenda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

Preheat oven to 325.

Mix together butter, cream cheese and flour. Divide dough and press into 24 tart tins or tiny muffin pans. Set aside.

Blend egg, pecans, sugar, Splenda and vanilla together.

Fill tins with pecan mixtures only half-way or they're run over.

Bake for 25 minutes.
