    • 4 cups mixed greens
    • 4 ounces mozzarella, sliced
    • 1 medium orange, peeled, thinly sliced
    • ½ cup almonds, roasted and chopped

    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
