Kentucky Fried Chicken's Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 8 cups cabbage, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup carrots, shredded
  • cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • tsp. pepper
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup mayonaisse
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 ½ Tbsp. lemon juice

Method

Chop cabbage and carrots up into very fine pieces; set aside.

Mix sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar, & lemon juice. Beat until smooth. Pour over cabbage and carrots & mix well.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
