Ingredients

  • Combine
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • ¼ tsp. ginger
  • Mix Together
    • 1 cup bread crumbs, (2 slices of Ezekiel bread toasted, crumbed)
    • ½ tsp. garlic powder
    • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
    • 14 tsp. dry mustard
    • 20 ounces fish or chicken, (5 oz. servings)

Method

Dip fish/chicken into egg mixture and dredge with seasoned bread crumbs.

Bake at 475ºF for 8 minutes.
