Mix ricotta, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper together.
Rub chicken with garlic powder. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook about 6 minutes per side. Place chicken breasts in large baking dish; cool.
Top each breast with 1/4 cup of cheese mixture and 1/4 cup tomatoes. Add 1 slice of mozzarella to each.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
