Bleu Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups bleu cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups buttermilk, or plain milk
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground pepper

Method

Mash bleu cheese with a fork until crumbly.

Add buttermilk & continue mashing. Add garlic & lemon juice, mix to combine. Add salt & pepper.

Transfer to a glass container, cover & refrigerate 4 hrs or more. If the dressing separates, remix well.
