Bisquick Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • Mix:
    • 2 cups Bisquick
    • 2 Tbsp. sugar
    • 1 egg
    • cup milk, (or water)
  • Spread into 8" square pan.
  • Topping:
    • cup brown sugar
    • cup Bisquick
    • ¼ cup butter
    • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • Mix with fork until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle over coffee cake.
  • Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes.
