Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 ½ cups flour

Method


Preheat oven to 425ºF. Place the butter in a 9x12 pan. Put pan into the oven while it’s heating to 425ºF.

In a blender, blend eggs for about 30 seconds. With motor running, add the milk, then slowly add the flour. Pour over melted butter and bake 20 min.

Sprinkle with lemon juice (optional), powdered sugar and nutmeg.

Serve with fresh fruit-peaches, strawberries, etc and syrup.
