Spray a round baking pan with "Pam".
Mix together the first 5 ingredients, set aside.
In a bowl combine egg, sugar/Splenda, applesauce and apple.
Add the dry ingredients.
Spread in the pan.
Topping:
1/4 C. brown sugar
1 T. flour
1 T. whole wheat flour
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 T. butter
1/4 C. chopped walnuts.
Mix together and sprinkle evenly over coffee cake.
Bake @ 350º for 30-35 minutes.
