Ziploc Omelets

Nice for many guests!! Write name on bag with permanent marker. Each guest can put in eggs with favorite ingredients. :) Goofy.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • Cheeses, shredded
  • Onions, chopped
  • Green peppers, diced
  • Mushrooms, chopped
  • Tomatoes, chopped
  • Hash browns, frozen; cooked
  • Ham, chopped
  • Bacon, crumbled
  • Olives, sliced
  • Hot peppers, chopped

Method

Shake all together.

Remove all air from baggie.

Place in rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes.

6-8 can be cooked in one pot.
