In a large skillet, cook the turkey over medium-high heat, until browned.
Drain the fat.
Stir in the taco seasoning and water.
Bring to boil, reduce heat & simmer, stirring occasionally, 5-6 minutes.
Evenly divide the turkey mixture, lettuce, tomato and cheese among the taco shells.
Top with salsa/hot sauce.
