Nancy Schilke's Meatballs

Ingredients

  • Mix Together and Roll into Meatballs:
    • 4 slices bread, (soak in water and squeeze out excess)
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon
    • garlic, to taste
    • salt, to taste
    • 1 pound hamburger
    • ½ cup cheese, grated
    • 2 Tbsp. parsley
    • 1 tsp. oregano
    • pepper, to taste
  • Mix and Pour over the Meatballs:
    • 24 ounces tomato paste
    • 16 ounces tomato puree
    • 16 ounces water
    • 3 Tbsp. parsley
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • ¼ tsp. pepper
