Light and Fluffy Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk, if using buttermilk, use 1 1/2 t. baking powder and 1/2 t. soda
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder

Method

Combine milk, oil & egg.

Combine dry ingredients & stir in milk, etc. Stir to make a smooth batter.

Grease griddle, if necessary. Cook pancakes over low heat.
