Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 Tbsp. water, Katie uses less water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

Cook until brown (almost burnt), stirring constantly.

Pour into flat pan, sprinkle with chocolate chips. When melted spread over toffee & sprinkle with nuts. Score into pieces.
