Creamed Spinach Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 cans broth, chicken or vegetable
  • 1 ½ pkg. frozen spinach
  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled & cut up
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 t. black pepper
  • dash Tabasco Sauce

Method

Put all ingredients in a pot.
Bring to boil and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Put in a blender, blend until smooth, serve.
