Chili Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 16 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2-3 cans green chilies

Method

Mix everything--sans green chilies--together and gently fold the chilis in. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
