In a large saucepan, cook butter, flour, salt & pepper until thick.
Add chicken broth and evaporated milk. Boil for 1 minute.
Stir in spaghetti, chicken, ham and mushroom soup.
Pour into a greased 9x12 pan.
Top with black olives and Parmesan cheese.
Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes. until bubbly.
