Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken, cooked; chopped
  • ¼ cup celery, chopped
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ground black pepper
  • cup mayonaisse

Method

Mix all ingredients together and serve between two slices of bread or toast.
